"Had a small issue with my Scout, but..."
Had a small issue with my Scout, but the dealer handled the warranty claim with no hassle at all. Indian support got back to me quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. Really happy with how smooth everything went.

"Super smooth ride, though a little heavy in traffic"
I’ve been really enjoying this bike so far. It feels super smooth on the highway, whether I’m cruising at a steady speed, passing a truck, or just doing a longer weekend ride. It also feels really planted in corners, like on curvy back roads, highway ramps, or even those longer sweeping turns where some bikes can feel a bit shaky. The power delivery is nice too — it comes on smoothly when pulling away from a light, picking up speed to merge, or giving it a little throttle to overtake. The only downside for me is that it does feel a bit heavy in slow traffic, like when I’m crawling between cars, making tight U-turns, or moving around in a parking lot. But once it’s rolling, it feels great. Overall, I’m happy with it...

"Great bike overall, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I’ve had my Indian for a little while now, the bike itself has been really solid. The paint, chrome, seat, and switches all feel well made, and it doesn’t have that cheap or flimsy feel at all.

Reliability has been good so far too. It starts right up, I haven’t noticed any strange noises, and it’s been comfortable enough on longer rides without turning into a hassle.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there are a couple little fit and finish issues I noticed. Nothing huge, but when I brought them up, I kind of felt ignored, like they weren’t really worth anyone’s time. Still a great bike and I’d buy it again, but that part was frustrating

"Nice bikes, site could use some polish"
I’ve been looking around at a few Indian bikes they look really sharp. The styling is great and some of the models definitely caught my eye. I spent a while going through indianmotorcycle.com, checking specs and trying to figure out which features came with what, and after a bit it started to feel more frustrating than I expected. Some of the comparison tools felt clunky, and the Ride Command info wasn’t as clear as I was hoping. For bikes in this price range, I guess I just expected the online experience to feel a little smoother and more modern...

"Looks even better than I expected"
I was mostly expecting to just browse a few bikes, but the styles caught my eye more than I thought they would. I really like the darker colors and those classic frame shapes. The site does a good job showing off the designs too, which helped me get a better feel for them. A couple of pages felt a little slow or heavy to scroll through on my phone, but compared to what I expected, the whole site still looks clean and cool

"Love the bike, not the parts hunt"
I really like my Indian overall, and I’ve had a great time riding it, but trying to find parts or accessories on the website has been frustrating. Some items are listed as out of stock, and a lot of the time there isn’t much detail about when they’ll be available again.

I ended up checking other sites just to compare options and availability, which feels like it defeats the purpose of going straight to the source. The brand is great, but the online parts experience could definitely be clearer and kept more up to date.

"Decent overall, but takes some getting used to"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and for the most part it does what I need. It feels solid and sturdy, which I usually like, and on straight stretches or when you’re moving along normally it’s fine. The only thing I noticed after a few uses is that when I’m trying to maneuver slowly or get through tighter areas, it starts to feel kind of heavy and a little awkward to turn.

"That rumble just feels right"
I’m sure this thing has way more power than I expected. The rumble is awesome, and it just feels seriously strong when you get on it.

"Such a relief on longer rides"
I got my Indian a few months back, i was a little worried about how comfortable it would be on longer rides. Turns out, I didn’t need to stress. The seat feels really good after a few hours, and the bars and foot position just fit me without having to tweak much. I’m 5’10” and don’t feel cramped at all, which is a huge relief. After weekend rides, my back is way less sore than it used to be, so I’m happy with it.

"Awesome experience buying my Indian 😄"
Had a really good experience at the dealership. The sales guy was super easy to talk to and never made me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions, let me take my time checking everything out, and the paperwork was done quicker than I expected. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went 👍
